Friday, November 13, at TENRI: 70 minutes of French music, replete with scandalous texts, painterly harmonies, and revolutionary instrumentation! If you missed this program last season, here’s an opportunity to hear it. Hai-Ting Chinn, Emilie-Anne Gendron, Immanuel Davis, Käthe Jarka, and Lenore Davis performing and discussing Debussy’s Violin Sonata and Chansons de Bilitis; Ravels’ Chansons Madécasses; and Fauré's Piano Trio. Experience our signature approach to collaboration, drawing listeners and performers together for an evening of conversation and learning.
